Websites wont load except Google

After uninstalling and reinstalling Opera I still cant get any websites to load. Tried VPN and no VPN still nothing (although there is a notice about non-availability of VPN locations, Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with Opera at this time

@thunderdog There is a high chance that something in you system or network may be blocking Opera.
What happens when you try to open a page?
