After awakening Win 10 from hibernation state in the Opera browser the Internet connection freezes for about 30 seconds o_O Superfetch error?
Hello.
The Internet freezing happens with all these browsers:
Opera, Vivaldi, Google Chrome.
Yes, i have more than 20 tabs open in each browser.Superfetch runs heavily after wake up from Windows hibernation.
But when i deactivate this Superfetch service with services.msc and set start type to manual, not automatic, i got Internet at once.
This could be the solution. Is Superfetch the problem?
Or are these browser all not completely compatible with Superfetch?
These browsers have all the same engine: Webkit Blink fork.Is Superfetch so important for Windows 10?
Thanks

@cratte have you tred this - go to control panel - click Internet Options - click Connections tab - click LAN Settings button - Uncheck (Automatically detect settings) or it may be called (Detect automatically the configurations)
if its already un-checked no harm done..

Is here no option to mark a thread as "solved" respectively obsolete?
Not to close a thread but there are perhaps others with the same problem.
