site settings opera 46 - no text on blue/red reset bar

when clicking on a site under site settings with opera 46, the blue reset bar (red with dark theme) has no text, but clicking it works as expected.

works ok with 45 but not 46.

might also be verizon's version of android. i've had other problems with browsers that others can't reprroduce.
