Problem tabs when opening Opera

Every time I start Opera 52.0.2871.30 I get two tabs that open both titled files.

One is http://files/Opera/launcher.exe the other one is

http://files/Opera/52.0.2871.30/opera.exe --ran-launcher --flag-switches-begin --disable-features=SharedArrayBuffer --flag-switches-end --use-turbo2 --enable-quic --lowered-browser Files/Opera/52.0.2871.30/opera.exe

@luanchka How are you opening Opera? Are you using some shortcut?
