Side Panel Disappeared

Hello.
Opera version 51.0
Surprisingly disappeared my side-panel containing the Tabs.
I don't find the way to bring it back again.
Could someone please explain to me the steps to bring back the panel?

@iamararat it should appear if you are logged in to sync and if there are opened tabs on other devices also logged in to sync.
