Links aren't working correctly

Up until about a month ago, all my links opened in Opera. Since then, if MS Internet Explorer is open, all my MS Outlook links will open in it and not Opera. If IE isn't open, they will opened correctly in Opera. Opera is my default browser. Any idea how to fix this?

@bangorme1 I guess you may have better luck in a Microsoft forum.

Check if Opera is set to handle http/s protocols as well as htm/l file extensions.
