User Name Not Available?

I just downloaded Opera 21 for Windows. When I click on "Edit Account," fields appear which are pre-completed. In the user name field is the user name which I've been using for about ten years. There is a message that the name is not available.

Is this a technical flaw?

Which account ?, account for what ?, and where is this 'Edit Account' option located, in the browser, on a website somewhere ?.
