Now it looks like this mostly
If I move cursor, it can became betterSome interface elements, like 'menu' (in top left side) can be blurry.

It's not only one site, it's whole Opera.
After updating, whole Win10 became blurry, after deleting last update only Opera (not Chrome) blurry. -

Problem solved - the solution for programs that have blurry text in Windows 10 is:Right click on the program or shortcut to it.
Select Properties - Compatibility.
Check the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".hope its helps..

I disabled display optimization and it works, thank you.
Now Win10 does not have just 'disable display scaling''
I wanna say it's Opera's developers problem too, not only users.
