Opera app not working on surfacepro 4!

Opera suddenly won't let me access it on surfacepro 4,!! Cant even uninstall it, Keep getting message saying I don't have authorization and to contact the administrator, Any ideas??

@bruno0311 It's your own device? Have you tried as an administrator?

Did you try reinstalling Opera?
