Can't Find VPN in Developer version of Opera

I can't find the VPN option in my browser. I've also checked in privacy & security settings. I have also tried to reset the browser but nothings works.

@charu Where in the world are you? It's known that the VPN isn't available in China for example.

@leocg I'm in India. My friends using the same browser have the VPN option as well.

@leocg I just cleared the profile folder and launched opera. I still do not have the VPN option in my settings.
