Is it possible to make user css? tons of per site settings might become overwhelming.... Tons and tons of separate extensions.

Does User CSS work in Opera?

Like for example creating "Chrome" folder to data and saving user css there? Does it work? Could it be made to work?

@rudrick Try checking if an extension allows you to do that.
