How to Export Outlook Mails to MBOX

For long time, I have been searching for a solution to know how to export Outlook mails to MBOX, but I am unable to find the proper solution which can easily export my Outlook mails to MBOX. If there is any proper solution available, then please recommend me.

What formats will it export as? "MBOX" is standard UNIX mail format, essentially the same as received.

I would guess you need a PST to MBOX converter program. Might be some free ones you can find by searching google.
