For example, if I want to see opening of .torrent files automatically after downloading with default system torrent client, could Opera do that? I can remember that this feature was in old versions of browser (before using WebKit). Maybe there is some extension for this?

Not possible in Opera Blink. Don't know any extension that can handle it.

          Download Control
It doesn't currently work in Opera 22, but should do so in 20 and 21.
Chromium has to be fixed for it to work in 22+ (again). That's why I don't release this extension to Opera's catalog yet. I don't wanna hear all those foreseeable complaints.

Why so? In chrome it works like this: http://sta.sh/04ln2hizvfq
If Opera is similar to Chrome now, why such feature cannot be added?

Its a simple thing that, for me, makes this new Opera almost unusable.

Just make an option to open the file and then the browser automatically delete it, like before! Is that so hard? Are we that dumb? The developers seems to think so...
