no coin and vpn private mode issues

Hey all
Ever since update to 50 and 51, no coin filter, simply doesn't appear in private mode and Bypass VPN for default search engines doesn't work as well...

Oh my bad, I did actually try re-installing, after deleting cache and profile did not work:
no coin missing:
search still uses vpn connection
search still uses vpn connection ( pic 2)
