Site thinks that I'm on a different place

I am new to Opera as of a few days ago. When I went into settings I clicked to use VPN. What happened then when I wanted to watch from my country (Canada) it said I couldn't watch it from outside of Canada so I figured it was the VPN.
I went back to settings and turned the VPN off but I'm still can't watch the show I want to watch. What can I do to make it see I'm in Canada?
Thanks for any help.

Thank you much but it didn't work. I've deleted all the cookies and cache and now I get an unknown playback error. I guess that would be a different thread.
Thanks again

@loopy1945 Under Menu - Websites - Location, do you have "Allow all sites to track my physical location" checked (or at least have the site whitelisted, if not allowed above)?

Thank you blackbird. I don't seem to have that option under the Opera Menu. Has it perhaps moved in this version 50?

@loopy1945 Sorry! I dropped the 'settings' step. @leocg caught it, though...
