Forum account details not saving?

I twice tried to add my name, birthday, gender and country in my forum account settings, clicked Save, and it doesn't appear to have saved anything. Is this a known issue here?

It's been three days, so I tried again a minute ago, but still not working. It won't save my details. oh well...

Yes to all, but it still doesn't work even with all extensions disabled.

How about doing a test run on a 'Stand-alone USB' install (you can delete it afterwards) ?.
You would have to use a slightly older or newer version than the current one you are using, as the option will be disabled/ghosted if you try to use the installer for the current version you are using.

I don't have a stick at this time, the one I had crashed and burned a couple weeks ago. When I get another, I'll give it a try.

No, I mean perform the 'Stand-alone USB' install, but locate it somewhere on your computers hard drive, in a temporary folder somewhere. You won't need a USB stick, flash key then. You can just delete that folder (to uninstall) once you are done with it.
The option to change the location is in the installers 'Options' dialogue, labelled 'Install path'.
