VPN: Always same IP Address...

Hi,

On the latest version of Opera's VPN, I always get the same virtual IP address no matter what virtual geographical location I submit. It's been like this for a few weeks.

Is this right??? Or is something else going on?

Windows 10, Opera 50.0.2762.67 (PGO)

@sscampbe Yep, everything is right. The 24x part of the address determines the region.
