M2 command of Use HTML Formatting ( when composing )

Hello ,

I tried in right click menu Item, " HTML "=Reply all & Delay , 100 & Set mail display type, 1

It does not change from plain text to HTML. Is there a correct command to do this ?

In standard_toolbar.ini, I see:

[Mail Compose Toolbar.content]
NamedButton, tb_UseHTML, D_HTML_MAIL_USE_HTML = "Toggle HTML Email,1,,,"Mail Compose Formatted""

Mail display is just that - how you see the message, not what you can write. Copy the command burnout426 posted - or just set it to default to HTML.
