Restoring data after resetting sync data

Hey. I'm having a problem synchronizing Opera bookmarks while reinstalling Windows. I hurried and reset the synchronization of bookmarks and express panels, because I did not remember the code phrase for synchronization. Is it possible in any way to restore my bookmarks and express panel that I had before reinstalling the Windows operating system, namely November 20, 2017 (November 20, 2017) or they are lost forever for me. I kept a lot of information in my bookmarks, which I collected and sorted into folders for a long time and I would very much like to restore it.
