I'm trying to get a solution for a VPN problem and when I browse the topics I see a similar question so I click on it and it is blocked and the screen says something like "This question answered elsewhere" but gives no help in finding this mysterious "elsewhere."

@johnnypostas What about using the forum search? Or even reading a couple of pages? You probably will find your answer.
