How to play youtube video ?

I am a new arrival from Chrome. I do not understand why Opera can not import my bookmarks, but I can live with that.

But a real deal breaker is the fact that it seems impossible to play YouTube movies. Is there an official plugin / extension / fix for this annoying bug ?

What Opera version and phone model / OS version?

The videos should play just fine... Do you get any error message?
Is Off-road mode enabled or disabled? Is User agent set to mobile or desktop? (Sometimes it'll try to give you the unsupported Flash version if you set it to desktop despite the HTML5 version of the YouTube video being available.)

What happens when you try to watch an Youtube video? Afaik it should be played on Android's media player.

Seems the issue got fixed by flipping back and fw between the Desktop and Mobilesetting a couple of times.
