Make sidebar width equal Start button

The "start" button width depends on your settings and version of Windows, and isn't anywhere near the sidebar if you aren't maximized. I do use 10, but my taskbar is set to use small icons - Microsoft's own sidebar on the "menu" doesn't match the width of the button. And you expect Opera to do something MS doesn't?

@sgunhouse Why not? In Windows 7 there is no such problem because button is round. Large icons on taskbar is standard configuration and it is always 40x40 pixels on any device(i have checked it). I know it can be hard to do, it's only a suggestion.
