How to enable automatic scrolling?

Atomatic scrolling is very usable function in Firefox, but I cannot find how it to enable it in Opera. The manual talks about "Billentyűparancsok" in Hungarian, maybe "mouse-demands" in English? But I cannot find it among the Settings.

I had the extension SmoothScroll which worked great up until a couple weeks ago when it stopped. Tried a few of the other 'smooth scrolling' extensions but none of them work now.
I like that smooth scrolling option also.

I missed the same feature from firefox. What I did was I downloaded 2 extensions to get auto scrolling:
1: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/download-chrome-extension-9/
2: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/autoscroll/occjjkgifpmdgodlplnacmkejpdionan?hl=en
And you now have autoscrolling in Opera. -

Autoscroll = I middle click somewhere on the page and when i move the mouse up or down, the browser scrolls the page up or down. This is a feature that ALL chromium based browsers lack in linux and it can only be "made up" using the chrome extension @xezolitharon above mentioned.
Smooth scroll = I scroll with the mouse wheel as usual, but the page scrolls up or down smoothly instead of "jumping" as if I pressed page up/down. Imho, this is a useless feature ported from mobile device browsers to desktop browsers and, in opera, it can be enabled or disabled via this flag
opera://flags/#smooth-scrolling

Had missed that feature.
