How many items in one folder?

A couple of questions:

1. Are the number of speed dial folder limited to 4?
2. can I resize the speed dial folder or alter the font/color of folder title?
3. can I add my own icons/images to speed dial items?

I love speed dial and its visual appeal.
A related question:
I am also trying Opera neon. How can I download bookmarks into Neon?
