Suggestion - Affecting "On Startup" setting function

The capability to open predefined pages at startup is useful, BUT currently, if the "On Startup" is set to "Open a specific page, or set of pages", those pages are always opened whether just clicking on the Opera shortcut, right-clicking and selecting "New Window", "New Private Window", or "New Tab". There are times where I just want to open a single "New Window" without all the predefined windows opening, and without needing to change the "On Startup" setting back to "Open the Start Page". Now, the only way to stop the INITIAL activation of Opera from launching all predefined windows is to go to settings and change the "On Startup" setting to "Open the Start Page".
In Chrome you only get the predefined pages when selecting "New Window". I suggest that Opera do the opposite; If in settings "Open a specific page, or set of pages" is selected, the predefined pages would ONLY open when clicking on the Opera shortcut. "New Window", New Private Window, and "New Tab" would only open the single "Start Page" no matter what the "On Startup" setting is selected; which is what they do now IF the predefined pages are already open. This would avoid constantly going back and forth changing the "On Startup" setting.
