This is the issue about Opera using launcher.exe to launch Opera in a versioned folder that changes all the time, which causes firewalls to prompt you to allow the new opera.exe every time Opera updates.

I was hoping that some firewalls at least would be super smart where they recognize the same launcher.exe is still calling an "opera.exe" in a folder next to that same launcher.exe. But, guess not.

I was also hoping the firewall you're using and some others supported a wildcard in the path for an exception so that you could at least work around this problem for now.
