express-panel and other opera's service pages (eg bookmarks, about, settings) don't work

Could you help me to avoid express-panel's endless loading? It's necessary to turn browser off and on to see these pages but very soon white background and endless loading appear again. What's the problem? It's Opera on Manjaro Deepin.

Any speed dial extensions installed? Are you using one of the built-in backgrounds or have you set a different one?

Click the easy setup button on the top righ corner of the speed dial page and disable the "show speed dial suggestions" option.

@jimunderscorep this option has already disabled. I tried to reinstall the browser and downgraded to opera 48 but the problem still exists.
