Cannot play videos and gifs

Since the Microsoft system update, I no longer can play videos and gif videos. I can only play on facebook and youtube.
- Tried reinstalling opera, didn't work.
- Tried installing the older version of opera, couldn't install it, automatically installs newest.
- Tried enabling flash, only have two options:
When I put a site into exceptions, it plays videos on it.
*That didn't work on Reddit website. I tried putting Reddit into exceptions and videos still don't load.- All other browsers play videos just fine.
