Opera doesn't show ''always run flashplayer'' option

There's a image of it, i speak spanish so the browser is in spanish lol.
In spanish it should say ''Siempre correr flashplayer'' but it doesn't appears
I tried to update the flash player but is still the same thing

That option was removed due to changes in Chromium towards the deprecation of support for Flash.

You can try this workaround to kind of simulate the missing option.
