e-mail not recogized in forms

Hello everyone
Since two months ago I can't complete forms and surveys with opera account because it says e-mail is not recognized but with any other browser it works. Any suggestions? thanks in advance

Where does it happen? Any email that you try gives you the same error? Did you try with extensions disabled and with a clean profile directory?

I disabled extensions and it still the same is a gmail e-mail

@rosinaramos By renaming it so Opera will create a new one. The path to the profile folder can be found in Menu > About Opera.

Does the problem happens on any site where you try to use an email address?
