When I click on utube from my hisense TV it gives me an error that it is unable to complete secure transaction it happened all of the sudden has been fine for the past year. It tells me to go to opera help on the screen I am unable to find any place to change the actual YouTube address. Any ideas?

Opera for TVs is no longer supported really as it has been acquired by another company, I hope there will be someone around who knows the answer to your question, but I make no promises there.

I believe Opera TV ended up in the hands of a company named Vewd in September 2017: https://www.vewd.com/news/opera-tv-is-now-vewd/

You might also try asking over there via their contact link or some other link on their pages, although I didn't find a direct 'support' link.
