Setup crashed after unexpected load shedding

I just downloaded Opera for desktop from [Link to unofficial download site removed] website. After download, when i was installing it in my Windows 7 (32 bit) PC, suddenly the power was gone because of unexpected load shedding. After light comes, i start PC and found only a desktop icon and nothing is happened after double click on it.
I'm trying to reinstall with same installer file "Opera_49.0.2725.34_Autoupdate" but it shows "Don't send" error box.
Please someone help?

Such files is to be used by the auto-update process.
You need to run the installer again.
