Extension to increase text contrast with background

Is there no extension anywhere that can increase the contrast between text and background on a web page? Too many sites (including this one!) are using light grey text on a lighter grey background with low contrast that makes reading it very difficult. I just found such an extension for Pale Moon, and instantly saw what a difference that can make, if available.

Several. Stylish is the first that comes to mind, but others might be simpler to use.
Such as what? I did search the Opera extensions list, but did not see anything just to increase contrast.
Why did the email I received tell me to check my subscription settings? There is nothing in there about colour.
