KEEP LOSING OPERA ICON ON URL SHORTCUTS

This really is a minor issue but irritating nonetheless. Periodically, the above happens and the only way I can get the icons back is by setting another browser as the default and then re-setting Opera as default. I have no idea what's causing it - I'm using Windows 7 64-bit and Opera 48.0.

Maybe happens when Opera is updated?

Thanks for your reply and it could well be - any idea why it should happen? It's as if it doesn't recognize that Opera is the default browser although it is still set as default.
