Sidebar with bookmarks. How enable in new opera or it's deleted feature?

So in old version of opera i have my bookmarks like that https://imgur.com/a/aws2A
Screenshot maybe not ver accurate but you can see what i am talking cabout. It is a side bar on the left with bookmarks and bookmarks folders wich is stay like that on any tab.
I new version however this https://imgur.com/a/uBrSn is the only way i can access bookmarks, this or the top panel wich is not very convenient because there is not much space. I cant find this option to open bookmarks like sidebar on the left with folders and everything and wich not go away as you changing tabs. Can you help me operaforum? -
