Sidebar with bookmarks. How enable in new opera or it's deleted feature?

So in old version of opera i have my bookmarks like that https://imgur.com/a/aws2A
Screenshot maybe not ver accurate but you can see what i am talking cabout. It is a side bar on the left with bookmarks and bookmarks folders wich is stay like that on any tab.
I new version however this https://imgur.com/a/uBrSn is the only way i can access bookmarks, this or the top panel wich is not very convenient because there is not much space. I cant find this option to open bookmarks like sidebar on the left with folders and everything and wich not go away as you changing tabs. Can you help me operaforum?

There's no bookmarks on the side in Opera Chromium unless by using some extension.
