Any way to open *all* tabs from a synced Android device?

I'm moving to a new phone and wanted to transfer all of my open tabs from the old one. While I can "see" all the synced tabs from the old phone, there doesn't appear to be a way to open all the old tabs in one go on the new one. It would have to be done one at a time which is tedious.

I could have sworn there was a way to do this before but maybe I'm mistaken. Is there any way to open them all at once?

Old Opera 42 was available to import, but this is more of a speed dial.
