In Preferences > Advanced > History, there is a checkbox that reads "Remember content on visited pages" - is that enabled?

If it had been disabled previously, it will not contain data on pages you visited before you enabled it. I don't have it enabled myself and so don't have such a file - and thus can't be sure of the name(s). I suspect there must be several files associated with it though, as they would need to index the content to be able to search it. And it would not have an extension of .ini, as that is for a settings file.
