detect and block JavaScript crypto miner

More and more websites (for sure mostly those ones of the darker side of the internet) use JavaScript crypto miner which result in up to 100 per cent CPU load. It's not that a big thing to block them with 3rd party add-ons like uBlock origin or just with built-in Opera JavaScript configuration or Opera adblocking custom lists, but I am pretty sure there will be more and more websites who use those scripts and they will be obfuscated and harder to block in the future.
So I suggest Opera to detect and stop JavaScripts with unusual high CPU usage automatically. I am pretty sure crypto mining scripts will be the next big (totally annoying crap) thing.

Important innovation! Relevant, every month, these sites will be more! If you fail to block, then at least to warn. (written in the online translator)

But some sites require Javascript to function. There are programs or extensions which say they will do so, but no doubt they could modify their code - that's why antivirus software needs constant updating.
Probably several ad-blocking extensions already do block it, perhaps even some of the optional lists Opera can use do to.

Google is working on a solution to block crypto currency miner in Chrome:
So it may find its way into Opera too?!
