Can't login to google

Hi,
I"m running Opera ver. 47.0.2631.71 for windows, 64 bit, running on a win10 pro os.
I tried to loging to google, but was referred to a text page, indicating privacy or cookies problems' which I failed to apply.
How do I cure this issue?

Try cleaning cookies and cache.
