Medium quality images for Opera Mini---how to get full quality?

I just installed Opera Mini a few days ago, and like it so far.
I went into my options and have the data compression plan set to Automatic, which I'm ok with. I did tell Opera Mini to serve me medium quality images.
Now my question is---when I tap on an image and see it displayed, I find I can still expand it and get what appears to me, to be a very high quality, large image.
Finally, my question---is the image that is being displayed after I tap it--is that the original, higher quality image? I would like SOME way of being able to access the original, high quality image when I want to, although having the normal medium quality images being displayed usually--until I tap the image. Is this possible?

Just saw it now that you mentioned it.
Perhaps the mods can move this thread?
