plugins for opera (noob)

Hello
I'm new in opera since firefox update to 57 and all extensions are obsolete
I have few questions about plugins:

I did not find the plugin page in parameter (parameters -> website -> plugins does not exist)
opera 47.0.2631.80 (PGO) on windows 10
for crunchyroll website for example java and flash seem not working (You either have Javascript turned off or an old version of Flash Player.) However everything seems good in parameters

Flash is really the only plugin any more; nobody supports Java in browsers now. However, Firefox plugins are designed differently and you will have to download a new version from Adobe to use it in Opera.
