Seek bar does not work in the floating video window after upgrade

Upgraded to version 47.0.2531.71.
I often pop-out videos into the floating window. After the upgrade, the seek bar doesn't work - i.e. clicking on it doesnt work, sliding doesnt work etc. Can confirm that this happens with youtube and netflix.

PS: I'm glad that with the upgrade you guys fixed the issue with resizing the floating window - it was difficult to get the resizing cursor.

Do it still happens in latest stable build (47.0.2531.80)?

Yes. Upgraded to latest 47.0.2631.80, same behavior.

A correction to my previous post:
The seek slider does work with youtube, but not with netflix. Now I'm not entirely sure if it worked in previous versions with netflix.

seek bar and all keyboard shortcuts having issues. please advise
