Setting up Opera Email

I am new to Opera and was attracted to it because it has built-in email.
I may be missing something but I cannot fine "Mail and Chat Accounts" on the drop-down menu as instructed.
Does Opera 49.0 support internal email?

Opera has not had built-in email for several years now - since version 12.xx. There is a standalone version of the email client from old Opera called Opera Mail if you want that.
