hello

is there an way to get address bar t behave like in chrome
i know about typing first 3 characters and tab , and right click in the search box to add it , but it's not intuitive solution

absence of this feature is what discourage me from using opera in windows

are there a way to make it happen ?

I think this is possible with extensions. Are you sure the functionality ur describing isn't by extension on Chrome?

He means tab to search like this https://www.chromium.org/tab-to-search is a chromium implementation and pretty old. Also super easy to implement given Opera shares same engine as Chrome. You forget about configuring sites at all just write any site name (or just the first couple of letters), tab and search!
