Where is "View" menu or Status Bar (Win7, Opera 47)

I can not seem to find the "View" menu... and how to enable an "always-on" status bar? Are these functions considered obsolete and since removed? TIA for your help!

Never existed in current Opera. Lots of things didn't make the conversion from Presto to Blink.
