A website looking different in regular mode than in private browsing - strange problem (Opera20)

I think it is quite a strange problem.

When I'm visiting some websites (e.g. http://alt.pl) in private browsing mode it looks different than in regular mode. For example I can't see the top menu in regular mode while in private browsing it is visible (the same in other browsers like Chrome or IE and even Opera 12).

Here are the snapshots showing the problem:

2. http://oi61.tinypic.com/317jcrd.jpg (in private mode - I can see the top menu of the website)

It seems like regular browsing mode doesn't work well in my Opera. Why? I assume it's not the problem of the website as it displays properly in other browsers.

Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.

The page looks the same both on regular and private window here.

Do you use any extensions? If so, try disabling them to check if the problem still happens.
