On facebook, after i close an image i opened, i cant scroll the page anymore, on the facebook tab, and if i try to use the webcam, it says, adobe flash player in need, and i already have the newest version, what do I do?

Do you have the correct version for Opera, what would be PPAPI (or Pepper) Flash? Do you have Turbo or VPN enabled by chance?
