opera leaving debug.log files

I have noticed that after i close saved webpages the debug.log files appear in the folder with the saved webpages. the contents of the log files show that it is trying to set the language default. The file contents look like this:

I have not been having any problems with the brower other than this and i keep it updated regularly. This is the only web browser that i use. This problem just started two weeks ago. Can anyone figure this out.

Does it happen with Opera 47, what is the current stable version?
