              Ad blocker is not on.

Well, it started working here just after I disabled ad-blocker.

Do you have Turbo or VPN enabled by chance?

Nope. Both Turbo and VPN are not enabled.

The only relevant setting is "enable hardware acceleration" which does not matter engaged or not engaged.

That said, where does opera keep PepperFlash? As I said, Chrome is working fine. Perhaps I can cut/paste a folder or file into Opera?

                        I mean in Opera.

                        where does opera keep PepperFlash?

It uses the one installed on your system.

                          1. I have the flash setting to "allow site to run flash."

                          2. I do not have PepperFlash installed. And when I do, it does not make a difference. I do however have Chrome installed.

I give up. Google Chrome works fine.

So you will not be able to run Flash content in Opera.

Anyway, that page doesn't seem to use Flash.

Try checking opera://media-internals/ while trying to play the video to see if it lists any error message.

Also, do you use any extension?
