I can't download anything!

Hi, Every time I try to download I get the same message that the file name is not valid! I can't save a photo or download an mp3 or anything! The file names are all acceptable as far as I can tell, just letters, numbers, and periods.
Please help! Thank you!

Ok,
It's Windows 7 and the opera version is 46.0.2597.57 (PGO)
There are no special instructions for this problem, try and downloan ANYTHING and when you hit save it says "file name not valid."
I tried all the things mentioned to try before you post and it made no difference.
I have a screen shot but I can't figure out how to post it and YES I looked. I am sorry, I am not a computer expert and don't know the proper speach for these things. If I had any other browser on my computer I would just use it, and never dream of disturbing anyone, but firefox only crashes and explorer has vanished mysteriously.
I have been trying everything I can think of all day long.
Please someone try and help me and don't get mad if I havn't said something correctly. .

There are no special instructions for this problem
The guide is valid for every single problem in/with Opera for Windows.

Upload it somewhere and post the link here. The Forum FAQ has some instructions on it.

...I am in Italy, so as you may see, my computer speaks Italian...
It doesn't matter what page I visit, I can try to save a photo from google or download an email attachment or download some program, it's always the exact same thing. Other browsers allow don't do this, only opera.

Well I got explorer back and I can download fine from there, slowly. This probelm happens in every possible download from every possible website and only with OPERA. The glitch is exactly at the moment for saving the file, it says every possible name is invalid!!!

Hi, yes, if I save in downloads or desktop of documents etc. it's the same story. I guess I can try reinstalling.... I didn't wan't to before because I had lost explorer and the only browser I had was opera!
